Welcome Carwise 6th grade parents and students

This page is intended for use by my students and their parents to review/make up any necessary work in our language arts classes.

In order to help improve students' vocabulary skills, as well as their reading comprehension skills, the spelling program I use incorporates learning the meanings of prefixes, word roots, and suffixes.) Students are expected to learn the roots, prefixes and suffixes as well as their meanings for each week's test.

I have been giving chapter tests on the book to insure that the students actually ARE reading.
