In Lak'ech

I've had this site for some time now, about 6 years, making it decent in between me and my puppy riding the Bakfeits (cargobike)abandoning it for months. For everyone who has checked back here now and then, sorry this took so long!
So I grew up a nature-kid, spending hours up in a tree just watching all the delicate, interwoven lives and elements within each exploding universe. You couldn't describe the feelings and beauty I've experienced as a child in the sunset marshes of Florida. I can say I had a good childhood, which only brings balance to the awful teen-years I had. :( Butwhat most poets wrote long ago reassured me the suffering had a place in art and in finding the pleasures to life. I love drawing and watching animation. An idol would have to Nahayo Miyazaki along side Jane Goodall. As a girl, I grew up in nature and loved cartoons. I drew all over the place: the walls, the floor, myself, etc) Then I began to get alot of compliments and encouragement from teachers, and so I kept drawing for fun. Naoko, the creator of Sailor Moon, introduced me to human figures. I never liked drawing people or buildings and cars, but now I love faces.

As you may know by now I am also fond of anime, but there is good and bad anime, let's just say. Some of the most enjoyable shows and movies were mostly Disney (the man was great, but the company's corrupt).

For all you artists in the making out there, I offer all my encouragement and best wishes to follow what you LOVE to do. My motto: If you don't love it, leave it. I use it when I'm shopping, dating, eating, everything. It's a good motto methinks.

Wise & Compassionate Lifestyle :
  • Energize with whole, raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, clean water, and sunlight
  • walk, run and ride a bike barefoot
  • love other animals as your children and friends
  • give your money to local shops and farms, not wal-mart, corporate companies, and agribusiness
  • learn to love your neighbors, forgive humankind, and trust each other. What's given will be recieved...
  • Speak up and be honest. Truth should be told! Always know what's going on. research research research!
  • Never give up on anyone nor your ambitions.

  • I'm just making a separate page with all my rants and personal experiences so it's not all jumbled in here. Thanks for finding me, I am another you. Please enjoy the rest of my site and take care...I mean that, give a damn for once. ^_^
