Getting to the gym is still hard for me. However, I managed to do it today. So proud of myself. This after about 2-3 days of nonactivity, which I am not proud of. I didn't have time to do all that I wanted to do today. I'm trying to get myself used to going to the gym around the evening time, but I wasn't able to do that today. So I only got cardio in, but that's better than nothing.
I also saw something in an old First magazine issue about metabolism & the "super-foods" for the different types of metabolism - mainly, the foods for your metabolism type that is optimal for weight loss (with exercise, of course). I think I'll try it out and see what happens.
