Story

Well, on this page I'm gonna tell you how I came across getting my 84 El camino. Truthfully when i first started looking for a car, i was all about getting a monte carlo. The only problem was, the only kind i wanted was a SS, and around here there were none in running condition. In my price range anyways. So then when I was looking through an auto trader I found a v6 El camino, and I liked it a lot. I called the people about it, but got no response. After a little while i decided i didn't want a v6 anyways, because if your gonna do something, do it right. The problem was, i couldn't find any good running v-8's in my price range, so i figured el camino' s were out. The next car i began to look at was an 87 firebird formula. That car was pretty mean. I went to look at it, and the guy acted like a dick, so that was out of the question. Then one day my mom told me she saw an 84 v8 camino for only 2500. We went and looked at it, and after a test drive i was determined to get it. After some barganing, i got it for 2100, and it was a sweet deal. The engine in it runs awsome, only 12000 miles after a fresh rebuild, no leaks, everything except for bushings and springs is pretty much awsome. It is for sure a sweet ride.
