Welcome to the cut, today,

At the cut, we assemble a group of four panelists weekly. These panelists are involved in a topical discussion on different subjects such as "most controversial music video", "most influential actor or actress", "movie that had the most impact on society in general", etc. Each panelist draws up a list which comprises of his or her top three picks. After the lists are compiled, the panelists take turns making "the cut" until one list per category is completed.
Not only will the final list be posted, but each panelists picture will be provided with his or her original list. The actual discussion will be posted as well because the discussion will take place in "the cut" chatrooms.

Best Music Video . . . the breakdown
When you watch a music video, what makes it special? What makes it a video that you can not wait to watch again and again? Is it the dancing, the costumes, the stage, the scenery, or the performers themselves that make the video the best? This week, the cut will get to the bottom of it.
