BREAKFAST
- cereal with low fat milk
- eggs and toast
- fruit juice
- morning snack: piece of fruit
LUNCH
- pasta
- green salad
- fruit salad and yogurt
- glass of water
- afternoon snack: milkshake and cookies
EVENING
- chicken, baked potato, veggies
- roll and butter
- fruit pie and ice cream
- fruit juice
- evening drink: herbal tea or hot milk
