CONCERNING THE T.A.P. Program

My name is Herbert S. Reed.  I'm an ex-con seeking help from a support group(s) or lawyer(s) to fight the D.O.C.  If there is not already a support group available that provides resources and support to newly released prisoners, I'd like to see us get together and form one. 

There are so few resources available to inmates just getting released, but T.A.P. is supposed to be one of them.  The TAPs program isn't being given to 95% of the inmates that was released from the D.O.C. since the program was made a law.  I would like to file a class-action suit against the State of Florida and the Department of Corrections.

I have all the documents needed.  I will be able to go into more detail when you contact me at the addresses and phone numbers provided.  We don't need anyone that isn't willing to battle the State of Florida or the Department of Corrections.  We need to act very fast because I have been out of prison 1 year as of June 5, 01 and only have eight more months to get something to court.
