The 'flop' is unlocked.
A tray is put on the flop

The food is cold, the gravy is congealed,
the chicken is still red in the middle. 
I can't eat this.

"Officer, this food is cold."

"So?"

"So, I want a hot meal."

"So?"

"So, the rules say all food will be served no less than 110 degrees." 
Anything less is a health risk, food poisoning etc..."

"So?"

"So, I. . .Man, let me speak to the sgt."

"The Sgt. is busy."

"It doesn't matter, this involves the food!"

"Write a request."

"WRITE A REQUEST???  It won't be processed for a week!  What about the cold tray?"

"Eat it or don't.  I don't care."

"Man, the fucking rules say. . ."

"Fuck the rules."

"No, fuck you.  I want a hot tray."

Ignores me.  Deliberate indifference.

This same night seven people declare medical emergency. 
All seven have food poisoning from the chicken. 
Man hours, medication, paperwork for the ? 
Cost over $20,000 to taxpayers.

Could have been avoided, wasn't.

Scene III
Get out of shower
My hearing in left ear stops.  Sudden deafness!
I attempt to use Q-tips, jumping up and down, everything -
to no avail.  I declare medical emergency.  It's 7:00pm.

A nurse comes to hand out medication on my wing. 
I ask why she didn't respond to my medical emergency. 
She says she was never notified.  I confront officer as to why he didn't notify her.

"I forgot."

Nurse:  "What's wrong?"

I explain.  She responds: "Loosing your hearing isn't an emergency."

"What?  If it was YOUR hearing, it would be. 
If you lost YOUR sight, it would be.  I need to see a doctor."

"No."

"NO?"

"NO!"

12:00 shift change.  Lose hearing completely  ~:O
Medical emergency declared, taken to medical at 12:40.

Lt. is present, making comments I can barely hear,
such as "He is just trying to take a walk" and "He's just trying to get a breath of air..."

Doctor on call says he's amazed I didn't loose hearing months ago. 
My ears are severely impacted with wax and infection in left ear.

The Lt. turns, mumbles and leaves.

This could have been prevented by the nurse by flushing my ears with peroxide
and drops of medicine.  When asked why she didn't, her response:

"I was never informed of any such problem."

Professionalism at its best.   

What you are about to read will not just cause disbelief and confusion at the utter ignorance, but it will anger those who understand the "Audacity" of the D.O.C.!!

As of last year there was not much enforcement of "Staff Placement", but now there is much emphasis on this.  They now claim that specific areas of the prison are "High Stress" and it is difficult for D.O.C. employees to deal with the emotional and psychological aspects of "Long Term" exposure to these "High Stress" areas, ie the D.C., C.M., Death Row areas and to avoid problems now rotate all staff every 12-18 months.

They say the problems are:
Excessive Noise
Being Around Murderers
Dealing With Suicides
Verbal or Physical Confrontations

For 8 hours a day causes extremely high stress and long-term problems, so they rotate the staff to alleviate the stress.

Now Please explain to me, how in the fuck they say that it's "Emotionally" and "Psychologically" UN-HEALTHY TO BE EXPOSED TO THE AFOREMENTIONED FOR 8 HOURS A DAY, AND FEEL SO STRONGLY ABOUT IT THAT THEY MANDATE ROTATION EVERY 12-18 MONTHS OUT OF THIS AREA TO "HELP STAFF",

YET WE ARE HERE 24 HOURS A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK, YEAR AFTER YEAR AFTER YEAR AFTER YEAR!!!

WE ARE TRAPPED IN A CELL.
We are forced to hear screaming ALL day, EVERY day.
We have NO release,
We have NO form of venting our stress.

WE HAVE NO ROTATION!

So, if these officers are considered to have emotional problems because of exposure to this environment for 8-hour shifts, What about the people who are surrounded by these factors for years on end with NO hope of leaving?  What Nerve!!

On top of this, the officers from time to time antagonize you.

I would like you to read the enclosed form belonging to someone I know.  Follow me.  See how much "SPITE" they have and how they "KNOWINGLY" push people's buttons, even though they say that "they" need a break!

To become an orderly, trustee, runner, etc...One must be able to "Show" he is trying to behave.  Jimmy Riggs did just that, and showed his willingness to change his ways.  They recognized this and made him a runner. SEE FORM

Secondly, he has remained D.R. free for an extended period of time.  In here that is difficult because they "Lie & Fabricate" D.R.'s to fuck with you.  YET he still remained D.R. free!         SEE FORM
 

He met and continues to MEET EVERY ASPECT of what they require to be put off C.M. which is considered a "High Stress" area.  He was further complimented BY the STAFF as having "ABOVE SATISFACTORY". SEE FORM

Even his "Contact Card" was SPOTLESS!

How was he rewarded for being a MODEL INMATE???

THEY DENIED HIM RELEASE FROM C.M. AND RECOMMENDED ANOTHER YEAR BEHIND A DOOR, 24 HOURS A DAY, IN A HIGH STRESS AREA.

THAT IS THE MINDSET OF THESE PEOPLE!!

After you read the form, you will see, not only did they treat him wrong, but imagine "ANOTHER" year!  If that isn't STRESS, What is??!!

People wonder WHY RIOTS HAPPEN?  WHY *POLICE* GET BEAT?

IT'S "NOT" about "REHABILITATION".
It's about making us "SUFFER".

It's self explanatory.  We are not eligible for rehabilitation, and sadly enough
there is no rehabilitation for those who are eligible. It's a human warehouse.

The rules that stipulate what we "can't" have because it's against rehabilitation, don't apply to lifers.

Based on those kind of arbitrary statements from the complete morons in charge, and the women movement and their lesbian supporters, they have taken away our sex books, sex magazines, etc.

So, an individual with life will not have any form of female image.  The obvious effects of doing this will manifest themselves in years to come as more female employees get raped, sexually molested, and in many cases sell pussy to us knowing they can make money off of our lack of avenues for relief.

The more you take, the worse it will be.  
You can't begin to imagine the time bomb you are building.

1.  They enable the guards to keep groups of inmates separate

2.  If there is a disturbance they "think" these fences will prevent the inmates that they have antagonized from congregating in groups.

3.    It will enable them to control movement.

1.    When enough is enough, and they have taken all they can take, these same fences will prohibit them from running away from groups of inmates.

2.    It will trap ten of them in an area with 200 of us.

3.    It ain't no fun, when the rabbit has the gun!!!!
