GRACIOUS HANDS

GRACIOUS HAND

I cannot do it by myself,

The things this world demands,

So here I place myself Dear Lord,

INTO THY GRACIOUS HANDS.

My life is mixed and mangled,

With foes throughout the land,

But I can find warmth and safety,

WITHIN THY GRACIOUS HANDS.

This life is so uncertain,

Like the ever shifting sands,

So keep me pure so I may sleep,

INSIDE THY GRACIOUS HANDS.

Gracious Hands that made this world,

And all the lives therein,

Gracious Hands that I will hold,

Until my life shall end.
