Got up this morning,
Took all I could do,
To get out of bed,
And get dressed too.

She's making my bed.

As I look out the window,
Now what do I see?
Mom's doing the laundry,
Bet it's for me.

Mom's doing the dishes,
That's another thing I see,
Guess I should help her,
But my show's on TV.

It's dinner time now,
And wouldn't you know,
She ain't got it ready.
She's getting so slow.
