Get a Pokeball to Work Like a Master Ball:
When the Pokeball leaves your hand, hold Up + B.
Find and Capture Dratini:
Go to the Safari Zone and go fishing in the first pond you see.
Duplicate Pokemon
Have one game with a junky pokemon and the other with the pokemon you want duplicated. Go to a trade center and trade the junky pokemon for the good one. Right before it says trade complete and the screen is blank turn the game with the good pokemon off and then you should both have the good pokemon.
Extra Money
Just keep fighting the Elite Four over and over again, since they give you about 6000 each.
How to Get Mewtwo
When you beat Giovanni at the Silph Co. building go to the president he will give you a Master Ball. Save the Master Ball. Then after you beat the ElitFour go to the cave that use to have a guard at the entrance there are tons of pokemon there but only use the Master Ball on Mewtwo.
How to Catch the 3 Legendary Birds
First get lots of Ultra Balls. Then get a pokemon that knows sleep powder or sing. After that go to one of the mystical pokemon and make him fall asleep. Quickly while he's asleep throw a ultra pokeball and if that does not work, hurt him and throw a ultra ball.
How to Get Lapras
In the Silph Co. building just before you enter the presidents office and fight Giovanni theres 2 people standing there, one is your rival and the other is an employee. After you defeat your rival go to the employee and he will give you a Lapras. The Lapras will be at level 15.
Quicker Evolution
To make your pokemon evolve or grow quicker trade to a friend a traded pokemon earns more points than a regular pokemon once its done you can trade back.
Missingno, aka Pokemon #000
First have a pokemon with surf and surf up and down the east coast of cinnabar islands. Before you can fight Missingno. You have to go in the first door inside the pokemon lab on Cinnibar Island and trade with one of the trainers in there. Eventually you might fight called missingno. It does lots of damage but is easy to kill. It looks like a mass of dots flying around. Just throw balls at it to catch it. Be warned, having this pokemon can crash your game. It is number 000 in the pokedex and doesn'thave an entry. It has a high attack but all its other stats are really low. If you dont want to risk your game, don't catch it.
Fight Safari Pokemon Elsewhere
To fight and capture Safari Zone Pokemon outside of the park, first go into thepark. Let the time run out when you're standing in a patch of grass which holds thePokemon you want to catch. Step back outside and use FLY to Fly back to Cinnabar Island. Using SURF, surf up and down the right side of the shoreline, where you are half on shore and half in the water. You should then enter some battles with Safari Zone Pokemon! No more bait or rocks! It's sleep and Psybeam time! This also works with other areas of the game where you find wild Pokemon. Experiment and see what happens!
Moon Stones
There are five Moon Stones, three of which are visible, two of which are not.
1) In the upper-lefthand corner of the first floor of Mt. Moon.
2) In the basement of the game corner.
3) In the bottom-right corner of Route 2 (CUT).
4) In Mt. Moon, before the supernerd's platform, there is a corridor 4 spaces long and 1 space wide, go to the end of it and press A and poof! you have a Moon Stone.
5) In the Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar Island, go up to the right side of one of the pillars on the right-hand side near the entrance hit A and it will say you found a Moon Stone.
Duplicate Items
Put the item you want to be duplicated number six on the items list. Then go to Viridian city and talk yo the guy that shows you how to catch pokemon. With the silph scope on your items list also, go to cinnabar island and surf along the east coast so your body is half on water half on land. The first pokemon that shows up should be an unknown pokemon named missingo, run away from him right away! Now go to the sixth item on the list and there will be a blob next to a number indicating you have over 99 of that item. Do this with nuggets to get infinite money; with rare candies to get all your pokemon at level hundred; and with the moon stone or any other item.
Unlimited Masterballs
When you get the Masterball, do the "Duplicate Items" cheat above. Now you can catch any pokemon without having to fight and weaken it first. Just remember to do the cheat again when you get low.
The 4 Trade Evolution Pokemon
There are 4 Pokemon that will evolve only when they are traded. They are four second evolution Pokemon that will only reach the third evolution when traded with someone and they are:
1) Kadabra
2) Haunter
3) Machoke
4) Graveler
Fish Forever
In the Safari Zone, you can fish forever if you do not move, since the 500 units allocated when entering are based on the number of steps taken, not time spent.
Quicker and Better Money for Both Versions
First you must you must buy or find something like a rare candy or leaf stone. Then do the duplication code on one of them. After that you go to a poké mart and sell it to a cashier but sell most of them. You should probably get about 300,000 pieces of money each time you do that. When you get this money go to the game corner of Celedon city and get the amount of coins you want to get the prize you want. Its probably the easiest way of getting what you want!!
How to Get Mew:
First, you have to get someone to trade you a Pokémon with cut. Then DON' T go on the s.s. Anne. Then do everything until you get strength and go back to Viridian City and pass the guy who asks you for you're s.s. ticket, then keep going but dont get onboard. Surf to the right and then up you'll see a truck. Use strength to move it and you will find mew under it.
Extra Coins in Game Corner
Walk around in the Game Corner in Celadon City pressing A. There are coins all over the place.
Move Items in Inventory
At your inventory, press Select to move items. Use this to put items in the 6th spot to be duplicated.
More Damage
Hold A when attacking.
Choose Gary's Eevee's evolutions:
You can choose Gary's Eevee's evolution by how you do in battles with Gary's Eevee. To get Vaporeon simply lose the first battle with Gary in Oak's Lab after you deliver Oak's Parcel. Then, win the battle near Viridian City on the route to the Pokemon League. To get Flareon, win the match with Gary at Oak's lab, then lose any of the other matches, except for any of them past Silph Co. To get Jolteon, win all of the matches. I recommend Vaporeon because Pikachu can make it faint the easiest.
