Welcome to my page on Making Tags using PSP for The Palace Visual Chat.
Im Pete and ill be your guide on how to make tags using Jasc's Paintshop Pro 6.x and later versions.
Below are screen caps and instructions on how to make, atleast a halfway decent tag for The Palace using PSP. Hope this helps! :o)
If you dont have Paintshop Pro and would like to get it, its available at  Jasc's  Website.  Just click the link to go there.
 

1. Click File, Then click new, the size should be 132 pixels Height & Width.  Also the background should be set on Transparency, and the colors should be 16 Million Colors.

2. Select the colors u wanna use for your text, the lil 2 sided arrow changes the colors from background to foreground.

3. Select the text tool, then in the upper right hand corner, set it on  floating, also take off Antialias, then type your text.

4. Click on image then, effects, then select cutout set the vertical/horizontal settings, on 1.

5. go to inner bevel and bevel the text, (i typically use round)

6. then chisel the text(between 4-8)

7. Inner bevel once again (refer to picture from step 5)

8. Click Colors, then click Decrease Color Depth, Then to 256 colors.

9. Finally, Click Edit, then Copy

10. Go back to Palace, Click edit, then click Paste Multiple Props.
