So you wanna convert a picture into an av eh?
Well, you'll need 2 things.
1. A photo program, I use Paintshop Pro from Jasc.
2. The Palace Palette.  (Click  Here to get the palette for PSP, Just right click, Save As, or Save Link As Depending on what browser you use.)
(Be sure that u right click above, otherwise you'll get a page full of numbers.)

Ok, now this page will be for those of you using Paintshop pro.  Sorry all that use Adobe or other photo program.

1. Open the picture u wanna make into an av.
    A.  Go to File
    B.  Then to Open.
    C.  Then locate the file.

2. Resize the picture appropriately for palace.  Note: Maximum size of an av on palace, is 132 x 132 pixels height & width.
    A.  Go to Image
    B.   Then to Resize
    C.   Note: when using maintain aspect ratio, Make sure the largest of the 2 numbers up top is 132.

3. After resizing, your going to want to use the palette here.
    A.  Click up top where it says Colors.
    B.  Go to Load Palette.

    C.  Select clut.pal,
    D.  Then, underneath the file name, you will see 3 choices.  Select "Error Diffusion Dithering"

4. After you've done all that, you'll have to copy n paste your image into the palace.
    A. Go to Edt
    B. Go to Copy

    C.  Switch to palace.
    D. Go to Edit
    E.  Then to Paste Multiple Props
