Kemper was released from the mental hospital when he was 21, despite his pleas to let him stay. He was in the custody of his mother now. The deal was that he had to check back in with his pyschiatrist every now and then. No one suspected that he was a cold, calculating killer. Kemper's killings were all pretty much done in the same fashion. He would usually pick up girls who were hitchhiking, talk to them, make them feel at ease, whatever. Then he would shoot or stab them. He would rape their dead bodies, dismember them , then bury their skulls in his back yard so he could talk to them. He even ate parts of some of his victims as a way of "possessing" them.The day the state of California declared him "not a threat to society, he had the head of a 15 year old high school girl in the trunk of his car. Not a threat to society? I beg to differ!! He killed 6 girls ranging from ages 15 to 19. But, girls were not enough. He wanted more. So, one evening he pounced on his unsuspecting mother. He killed her, chopped off her head, raped her dead body and then called his mother's friend over for a surprise dinner for his mom. He then did the same thing to his mom's friend, except he cut her hands off. Cool guy, right?
