Dear Kay,
Greetings from Brevard County! Ha! I am here at the county
jail, not New River (West). New River forwarded my mail down here.
I was supposed to have a hearing on September 5th in front of Judge
Silvernail, but it has been re-scheduled to November 21. We, meaning
me and my lawyer, are in the process of fighting for a new trial. All
your mail, prayers, and love are definately welcome and needed, especially
in here.
Kay, why did you move to California? I bet the people are
probably more open-minded there huh? I guess they have a pretty bad
prison system too, but can anyplace be worse than Florida?
Here at the Brevard County Jail, we have 3 inmates sleeping on the
floor in the dayroom. Even the 'correctional' officers say they don't
like it, but until someone files a class action suit against the jail, it
will remain this way.
Kay, are you catholic? The card you sent me was. I am
just curious.
I'm supposed to go back to New River until a couple of days before
November 21st. Then they will come back up there to get me. You
can write still at New River if you want. If you don't have time
because of all the mail you are getting, can you find me a PenPal? I'm
a good writer and never ask for nothing.

Oh, Kay Lee, after you and your friends sent the toilet paper to
Tallahassee, the prison - well at least I can speak for New River - They
changed their toilet paper policy of 1 roll per week to "as
needed", so basically, we can get a roll whenever, like it used to be.
So I have to believe that whatever you did, IT WORKED!
