I know that Judge Paul in Gainesville will grant the medical move, because I've already wrote him about thatand what is going on.

It's very, very hot in the CM building with very little air coming in right now.
It is now Sunday night and my kidney is giving me hell. I am diabetic and I depend on insulin shots every morning.
Ms Lee, all the good things that God has put together, there is no way around. But, anything mankind has done, there is always a way around it. Try to get the court order to see me, okay?

Ms Lee,
I am sending you a court order on the way the judge didn't take time out to look into my request asking him to be removed from DOC custody for fear of my life being in jeopardy. If he would have requested my medical records, he would have seen the seriousness of my call. I have a bad infection in my kidney with a lot of blood in my urine.
Inmate Valdes at Florida State Prison got killed by the prison guards. I told everyone it could happen, and the man next to him told them the same thing. You have a lot of abuse, rape, assaults, and sickness going on in these two-man CM rooms all over the state. You have the strong taking advantage of the weak, and the state officials know that. I need to explain everything.
So, keep this copy just in case something happens to me, so you can let someone know that I asked to be moved but the judge refused to do so. Most of the courts out there don't care about anyone locked up behind these prison fences; Unless you have someone on the outside covering your back. I need a friend who can come to visit and check up on me at all times. It doesn't matter about the race, okay?
Medical is poor; supervising inmates is poor, the treatment of inmates is very, very bad. I am sending you what I wrote the judge, and his reply. I sent the paper work to the judge asking for a 90-day delay, so I can see if I can get a lawyer. Here is a stamp for you to write right back, letting me know you got all 24 pages of this legal work.
