Another Child in a Florida Prison
Here is what I know about this 16 year old that is at Hillsboro CI.Buford Carroll, as you can see, looks like a 15 year old boy. He was Arrested at age 14 for Robbery/ with a WEAPON? The so called 'weapon' was not a gun and the so called 'robbery' may have been at a friend or girl friends home? Still checking on this one. Buford got 8 years for this crime which is somewhat unusual for an armed robbery, I think, for Fla. law, just to get 8 years.
This kid is as big - or little - as Derek King, height 5ft 5 in, weight 130, his prison number is k63018 and his birthday is October 11th, 1986.
Date of his sentencing was 12/10/02, case # 0201105 in St. Lucie County. He is, as far as I know, in medium custody. If I find anything that would point to court BS, will send info. His release date is 3/19/2010 and he will be 22 years old at time of release.
Also remember this BS - With putting kids in prison and making a world of felonies is what you get from do-gooders that do not understand what it will do to people, especially young people. Most of their crimes are crimes of passion or ignorance. Remember too, that most of the kids in the so-called 'helping hands' of the state will just make really good angry criminals...
