RE:  Citizen's Complaint

Dear Director Fhree,

I have prepared this complaint in my role as citizen of the state of Florida, of the United States of America, and of the world.

I have not been trained in the language of the law, but do know that the claims within, coupled with the many cases not able to be included, are clearly morally and legally wrong.

{W}hen the language of the statute is clear and  unambiguous and conveys  a clear and definite meaning, there is no occasion for resorting to the rules of statutory interpretation and construction; the statute must be given its plain and obvious meaning. 

I have all the supporting documents for the cases presented and will make them available to you as you request them pursuant to your investigation.
