Each custom knit stocking consists of 5 ozs. of Red Heart worsted weight red, green, black, and white acrylic yarn. This yarn will not shrink and will withstand multiple washings..

Knitted-in name (up to 9 letters)!

A generous 27 1/2 inches in length with hand turned heel and fashioned-decreased stitch toe. Just like the real old fashioned Lumber Jack socks!

Sturdy hanging strap included (hand braided with matching yarn and inserted through the casing at the top of the stocking).

I knit my Christmas stockings throughout the year. Each stocking is knit as far as the name and cuff. The stitches are then put on stitch holders to await an order. When an order comes in, I pick up the stitches on my needles and finish the name band and the cuff. This takes one day to complete. Date on arch or other custom work not available Nov 15 to Dec 25. Orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
