Get Paid Just to SURF the Web!

All I want to do is get paid to surf the web!

If you want to too, follow the directions and recomendations below.

I too was skeptical when I first heard offers to get paid to do something I was already doing.

I had a thousand questions and found little guidance outside what the authors of the Paid To Surf programs had written. (most of there info was good, but I wanted to hear from someone who was actually making money for this )

I had made some money with affiliate programs that I had used on my web pages, but the concept of Paid To Surf, seemed too good to be true!

But like the curious person that I am I signed up for a few different programs and to my astonishment ... I GOT PAID TO SURF THE WEB !!!

The first program I am going to recomend is AllAdvantage

They use what they call a "view bar" it is a little banner that shows up at the bottom of your screen, not much bigger than a task bar.

This little wonder is fully automated, and is little distraction.

AllAdvantage pays its members while they surf the web and pays for referals too. If you have a web page they offer some great banner links that will really help you build a refferal base.

They also have a section of there web page designed to help you come up with ideas to promote your program.

I have now been using the "view bar" for about a month, and I have to say it is super slick.

UPDATE: AllAdvantage now is set so that the viewbar is downloadable as soon as you sign up! (you had to wait a while before)

If you have already signed up and do not have your Viewbar, go get it right now.
I think a few of us accidently deleted the email telling us to go download it.
Now that won't be a problem!

Next comes GoTo World

This one is a little different than AllAdvantage

Go To World uses a browser to Pay you to Surf

It looks like IE 5.0 on my computer

The biggest advantage to this progrm as I see it is that there is no waiting to start getting paid to surf.

As soon as you sign up you can download the browser and start getting paid.

Here are the downsides, if you do not set goto world as your default browser you have to turn it on each time you are online.

And you have to go through the extra step of downloading the upgraded version of the browser. The one they set you up with at first is not the latest. It gets a little confusing if you don't read carefully.

But if you are like me and spend a huge number of hours online each month, it is nice to have multiple Money for surfing programs. (each one sets a limit to the number of hours they will pay you for)

So what I have been doing is first, logging all the hours I can with AllAdvantage, then using my GoTo World browser and logging all the hours I can there.

Then there is epipo, I have not started getting paid with this program, I am waiting to get the "download" notification email.

Okay, now you have joined a "Paid to Surf" program or four.

What do you do next?

because the REAL big money comes when you get some referals under your belt.

(although if you do nothing more than join and use these systems, you will get paid ,the idea of making a lot of money doing this appeales to me.)

Here is what I have tried and the results I had trying to get referals

1. The obvious posting links to my referal pages on my web pages

Works well!

2. Emailed all my friends and asked them to join. Used the email that AllAdvantage recomended in the promotion section

Instant hit! Got several that same day. If they were in my address book or on my buddy list they got an email. Then I followed up about a month later and got a few more!

3.Flyers at grogery stores etc. That said "get paid to surf the web, go to url:XXX with little tabs on the bottom that they could rip off and take home"

Worked well, I get about one sign up per flyer I post this way!

The latest was to go to my local collage and post flyers at every bulletin board I could get my hands on. At the collage, I put up flyers promoting my Money Making Web Site as well as one of my "Paid to Surf" programs. Classes have not started yet and the web site's hits went up about 12%, I did this just a couple days ago so It is too early to report on sign ups, but I expect really good things to come from it.

UPDATE:9/19/99

Refferals have shot through the roof, and the only thing I can contribute it to is posting flyers at the college.If at all possable I recomend this type of advertizing above all others previously mentioned!!! It worked that well.

The other thing to keep in mind is that these programs pay you for your referals and your referals , referals, so you really only need a couple real hot shots under you and WATCH OUT, huge numbers!

I do not have a hotshot yet. So far, I have more sign ups than any of my referals do.

But I am sure one or more of you will make me proud!

One word of caution, read the terms of each of these programs before you get to agressive in your promoting. Most have very stringent "Anti-Spam" policies. So get the details. When in doubt, wait and research.

I am also going to recomend to you to Book mark this page and come back from time to time. I will be posting updates, and such as things progress.

I fully believe that anyone who invests a little time and effort can make money from the internet.

My goal is to have a $100,000 annual income from my web pages and my paid for surfing programs in two years.

And unlike others that make claims like this I will let you know, how it goes...even if I don't make it.

Update 02/16/00. I have been a little lax in my posting flyers and such, and my rederals keep rolling in.
