All rentals are subject to 7% Florida Sales tax plus 4% tourist tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.

DEPOSITS: $50.00 deposit, or more, required for stays of less than one week. $100.00 deposit required for stays of one week or longer. $100.00 additional deposit required for each week or fraction thereof, of time reserved.

COMPLETE BALANCE DUE UPON ARRIVAL FOR ALL TIME RESERVED. Refunds require 30 days notice prior to arrival date.
