Kimberly Hope
I go to the University of Florida, in Gainesville, Florida, where I am a third-year chemistry and math major. I plan to get my Ph.D. in biochemistry and have a career in DNA repair research.
I am a Catholic, having recently completed the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) at St. Augustine's Catholic Student Center. I just finished my training to be a lector and am a catechist for the fourth-grade religious education class.
I love words, making art out of them, playing with meaning and conveying it to others. I also love philosophy and theology, science, math, and music (not necessarily in that order).
My favorite author is C.S. Lewis, followed by consistent love for J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Geoffrey Chaucer, Charlotte Bronte, Jane Austen, and many others.
