My wife and I Have:
Preached every day
Witnessed in the streets
Given much in food and money to the poor
Prayed for many
Led and shown these people how to hold home meetings where they participate.
I am already booked up for next week.
One interesting potential invitation to speak is in front of a Catholic prayer group of 60, next Saturday at 11 A.M. Please keep that one in prayer.
This morning, while in prayer, I felt the Lord wanted us to extend our stay from 3 weeks to 6 weeks.
In order to do this, I would like you to pray about the following needs.
$2,500 US for the poor. I cannot minister in the streets here without having something to give away. The needs are staggering.
Day 1 Synopsis: Travelled by air from Miami to Medellin, and arrived at 5 PM local time. We had a meeting with ten present in our home on Calle 32 where we were staying.
Day 2 Synopsis: Attended Sunday services at Iglesia Cruzada Christiana and the Pastora asked me to preach the following Thursday. Visted the home of Ruth, her Grandparents, and their troubled son Johnny, whom I boldly ministered to prophetically. We had another meeting in our home on Calle 32 at night.
Day 3 Synopsis: Fasted and prayed for a woman named Rubiela, and cast a demon of Migraine out of her. She later reported that for the first time in 45 years, she did not have a headache for 3 days during her pre menstrual time. Initially, I had prayed for her on Day 2. The next day, Sunday morning, she was still aflicted, and not able to attend church. I became angry at the demon, and said I was going to fast and pray until it came out. It came out the morning of the next day. In the photo, Rubiela is seated at far right.
Day 4 Synopsis: During the afternoon, we had a meeting in Bello Antiochia at the home of Teresa and Mario Cardona, with 25 present.
Day 5 Synopsis: We went to the home of Ladi and Natali, high in the hills in the Barrio west of our home. We met with ten family members. In the evening, we had another home meeting at Calle 32.
Day 6 Synopsis: We attended fasting and prayer meeting at Iglesia Cruzada Christiana in the morning, and spent the afternoon in fasting and prayer at home. In the evening, I preached at Iglesia Cruzada and 60 answered the altar call to confess Christ. I was asked to preach the following two meetings.
Day 7 Synopsis: Spent the morning in prayer and study. We did street witnessing as well. We met two children who needed shoes. Also, in the photo below, a woman named Marissa, and her two daughters Lucy and Erica, were hungry, and we bought them bread at a bakery. Met with Jairo and Selmida, and then had a late afternoon meeting with a rabid Catholic evangelist named Dulivia, whom I confronted with being a fornicator. We held an evening meeting at the home of Teresa and Mario Cardona in Bello.
Day 8 Synopsis: Spent the morning in fasting, prayer and study. In the afternoon, we met with Jairo, and then, in the evening, we had a home meeting in the home of Maruja with ten people. Maruja asked us to bless and anoint her home, and we cleared her home of Catholic idols at her request. Then, Elizabeth, who lived upstairs from Maruja, asked us to do the same in her house. The Lord gave me much in word of knowledge concerning location of idols in two rooms. He had me look into one drawer, where several idols were hidden under many papers.
Day 9 Synopsis: Sunday morning preaching at Iglesia Cruzada. 30 answered the altar call to confess Christ. We were visited in the afternoon by a woman named Gloria, who had a mocking spirit. It was at this time that I found a news article that reported that last Friday, there were no murders in all of Antioquia. That was the day following our fasting and praying, with spiritual warfare at the church. The Lord told me that on future Friday's, after fasting and prayer, I could go anywhere he sent me to and be safe no matter what I faced.
