My Present Location: Eldoret, Kenya

Today, I am in Eldoret right now, travelling to Nairobi, Kenya.

The ministry in Kigali, Rwanda was really incredible.

The first night, the mayor of Kigali district opened the meeting with a political speech. They tell me that customarily, he leaves after he finishes his opening. Well, he could not leave. Something was going on. I was noticing the eyes of the people, as there was a terror of the Lord present. We had almost 100 come to Christ.

Later, the men with me were explaining that the ground under their feet was skipping up and down. That night, the Lord woke me with Psalm 114. My team told me that the ground was leaping, and even the mayor nudged one of our team to ask "what is this power"..."what is happening here".

I had a vision of a ship, and told everyone that they needed to get on board. The Lord would be doing something big tomorrow. The Lord was telling me that I would be making decrees, and He has told me that He will answer with thunder when I speak the word, and make the decree.

The next day, I was scheduled to speak in downtown Kigali at a lunch meeting, before 1,000 people from many different churches, and from businesses. Just prior to the meeting, I was updating my web page, and a large crack of thunder sounded as if it had destroyed downtown Kigali. I knew the Lord would have me make a decree, but I had no idea about what it would be.

I began to preach at 12:30. The fire upon me was unprecedented. I have never preached like that. Suddenly, the Lord had me to declare that "The Lords table will now be life or lethal...it will bring sickness or health. The Lord is restoring fear of the Lord to his house". I told them to print it in the newspaper, because the decree would be in effect all over Rwanda.

As I left the lunch meeting that day, it began to rain very hard, complete with a full display of lightning and thunder. The Lord had confirmed the decree once again.

We had other great meetings. Kigali will be known as the City of the prophets. God is raising up many mighty prophets there: a product of the great suffering they have endured.

We visited the orphanage at Makasa, where I prayed with 117 orphans. God has allowed me to financially assist almost 500 orphans in these three nations over the last three weeks. Hallelujah, and thanks to those of you who have prayed and contributed.

As we left Rwanda, and entered Uganda, the Lord spoke to me, and told me that the decree I made concerning the Lord's table will stretch beyond Rwanda, to whereever the Lord's house is found. Wow! Be very careful now to examine yourselves before you drink of the cup and share in His body.

We had much trouble and problems in Rwanda, but the Lord delivered us out of all of them. We were stranded in the bush in Uganda by auto breakdown for about six hours, but the Lord started sending mechanics in trucks as I began to praise Him. Eventually, we made it back home to Webuye, Kenya.

The total mission budget has been about $9,000, and of that, I have given away $1,500 to orphans. I have had money in my pocket every single time I have been carried to an orphanage. Later, I will give a list of every orphanage that WPA supports, along with a contact person. So, I am very pleased that my streak remains intact: I have never been empty handed when I have been led to orphans.

God has supplied financially, and in every other way. The prophetic word has been sharp and accurate, and God has given me great boldness.

We are already planning for my April and August visits. We are going to invade three more nations for the gospel: Tanzania, Congo and Burundi. We have invitations to all three, and God has definitely confirmed that I am to be here in Africa four times a year.

Today, we are going shopping for a truck. Please pray with us that we find exactly the truck God has selected for us. We really need a sound system as well. We fell among covetous brethren in Kigali who really did not handle the money that we sent to them in a Godly fashion. Our ability to project and deliver our own equipment to the site of evangelism will reduce the ability for deceitful workmen to be able to shake us down for money in the future. As it is, we have learned many lessons that we will not repeat in the future.

But, overall, Kigali was a great victory. We overcame in all ways, the various attempts of Satan to rob us of our joy.

Yesterday, I preached at Misikhu, which is north of Webuye in Kenya. We plan to have a crusade event there when I return here on April 20th.

All is well. My health is good. Finances are sufficient. All praise be to Jesus Christ, our Lord, who has worked miracles for us, and who has confirmed the work, and provided for it in every way as I have walked on the water of faith.

Please keep the team in your prayers, and help us financially if the Lord so leads you, and you are able.

Here is the itinerary for this trip, from December 27, 2004, to January 21, 2005

December 29th to January 2nd 2005-meetings will be taking place at Chwele, Western Province, Kenya

My Africa Wish List Is As Follows:

Project #1-$100,000-For 100 water wells, beginning at Kittui. This money will purchase drilling equipment and a large truck to carry it in. This week, I will purchase a small "Hi-Rider" truck for carrying men and fuel. Received thus far: $7,000

Project #2-$5,000-Two, 250 person event tents-cost $2,500 each. I have already visited the tent manufacturer in Nairobi. We need this tent for holding bigger crusades in Kenya.

Project #3-$7,500-We need to purchase a sound system for use in the Kenya crusades. I am planning on being in Africa, four times per year. We rented the sound system for the three events we just held. We anticipate holding bigger events, and we will need a more powerful system. With the sound system, we need a generator to power it.

Project #4-$5,000-A truck for David Machimbo Walukhu, my missions coordinator, in Kenya. Right now, David has no vehicle, and travels by bus. I am purchasing one this week, for dual use with the water project.

Project #5-$2,500-Repair for a large, panel Isuzu truck, that is currently sitting idle at Sowetto Academy, Nairobi. We will use this truck for hauling of tent and equipment.

Project #6-$5,000-Completion of the stone wall that will totally encircle Sowetto Academy. This is really needed to keep people from using walkways right through the middle of the school and orphanage. Right now, the wall is about 25% complete.

Project #7-$20,000-My estimate for the cost that it would take for Chris Ocumu to accomplish a second floor addition to the school building in Sowetto Academy.

So, there it is: $60,000 for the equipment. Add in $10,000 for my airfare and costs for four trips per year, and $10,000 for flyers and posters and $20,000 for other event costs for the 2005 outreach events and you have $100,000. Jesus says, "you have not because you ask not". I say, Lord Jesus, I Am Asking!
