 | Want to Join Our PTA
E-Mail Tree?
 | Our PTA has
started an e-mail tree, and nearly 60 parents have already signed on!
What's our e-mail tree all about? Well, it's just one additional way to
help us communicate with our members. Here's how it works: if you want
to be a part of our e-mail tree, send us your name and the e-mail
address at which you would like to receive e-mail reminders about PTA
events and activities. Then we'll automatically e-mail you whenever
something is going on: we'll remind you when it's "pizza day,"
when there is a PTA meeting etc... We will not "share" the
names on the list. It will be used for PTA purposes only. All mail sent
out will be "blank copies," so the material you receive will
be addressed ONLY to you, and no other recipients' names and e-mail
addresses will be disclosed to the rest of the e-mail tree. Even if you
join, you'll still continue receiving paper flyers on Thursdays;
however, the e-mail will enable us to offer you that one little
additional reminder, or to alert you to "last minute" items.
If you would like to join our e-mail tree, e-mail your request to: jmrmeis@aol.com.
