Here's The Best One Of All
Remembering Old Friends!!!!

How many of us guys lost girlfriends because we didn't know how to let them know how much we cared,( I did) For Bob it was Diane Davis, for Mel it was Marilyn Moore, Anybody know where they are these days?

Better yet, How many of us lost potential Girl/Boy Friends because we were to shy to let them them know we were interested??

I just want to bring everyone up to date on my life. In Sept 2006 I lost my wife of 38 years to cancer. I had a very heavy bout with depression for a while. I made a trip to Pensacola to visit some old high school friends, it really helped me and now I have met a wonderful woman who makes me happy. She lives in Kazan Russia. We have met twice now and have started the papers to bring her to America. Her name is Olga and she is my lifesaver. I went to see her in Russia, we spent 3 days in Moscow and 4 days in Kazan. We fell for each other when she met me at the airport. We spent New Years in the Canary Islands, also her birthday is Jan 2nd so we had a double holiday. Our wish is that she will be in America by the middle of April so we can spend my birthday together also. I gave her an engagement ring while in Russia, so I plan to marry her as soon as possible. You can see her at:

All of us over 40 should be dead !!!!

According to today's regulators and bureaucrats those of us whe were kids in the 40's, 50's, and 60's probably shouldn't have survived

here's why:

Our cribs were covered with bright colored lead based paint and our pillows, bedspreads and wallpaper didn't match

we rode our bikes with no helmets

There were no "childproof" lids on medicine

We shared one soft drink with 4 friends, from one bottle, and no one actually died from this

We would spend hours building our go-carts and then rode down a hill only to find out we forgot brakes. After a few times down the hill, we solved this by running into the bushes.

We had friends. we went outside and found them

Some students wern't as smart as others, so they failed a grade and were held back to repeat the same grade. Tests were not adjusted for any reason and grades were not curved.

This is my favorite one: Our actions were our own, consequences were EXPECTED

I will add more reasons in the coming months why we shouldn't have survived

What I would like to do is set up a place for people from our era to get in contact with each other and have some fun with old memories. if you would like to have something added to the page write me at the address at the bottom.

I hope to get some info on other classmates and put it here on this page. please help me.
Sorry about the Gator, but I couldn't find a Rebel to put on this page. Besides the Gators are welcome here too, THEY are EHS Alumni too. My yearbooks burnt in a house fire in 1980. I'm still trying to find one to put here.

GO REBELS !!

To read bios from some of the alumni, check out the "view my guest book" section. Some rebels have put bios in there. Glad they did, makes my job easier.

This is PRICELESS!!! (taken from papers written by a class of 8-year-olds)

Grandparents are a lady and a man who have no little children of their own. They like other people's.

A grandfather is a man grandmother.

Grandparents don't have to do anything except be there when we come to see them. They are so old they shouldn't play hard or run. It is good if they drive us to the store and have lots of quarters for us.

When they take us for walks, they slow down past things like pretty leaves and caterpillars.

They show us and talk to us about the color of the flowers and also why we shouldn't step on "cracks."

They don't say, "Hurry up."

Usually grandmothers are fat, but not too fat to tie your shoes.

They wear glasses and funny underwear.

They can take their teeth and gums out.!

Grandparents don't have to be smart.

They have to answer questions like, "why isn't God married?" and "How come dogs chase cats?"

When they read to us, they don't skip. They don't mind if we ask for the same story over again.

Everybody should try to have a grandmother, especially if you don't have television, because they are the only grown ups who like to spend time with us.

They know we should have snack-time before bedtime and they say prayers with us every time, and kiss us even when we've acted bad.

A 6 YEAR OLD WAS ASKED WHERE HIS GRANDMA LIVED. ''OH,'' HE SAID, ''SHE LIVES AT THE AIRPORT, AND WHEN WE WANT HER WE JUST GO GET HER. THEN WHEN WE'RE DONE HAVING HER VISIT, WE TAKE HER BACK TO THE AIRPORT.''

Things I have Learned through the years

That being kind is more important than being right

That you should NEVER say "no" to a gift from a child

That we should be glad that God doesn't give us all the things we ask for

That Love , not time, heals all wounds

That life is tough , but we are tougher

That one should keep his words both soft and tender for tomorrow he may have to eat them

If anyone has any pictures of the school when we were there, I would love to get them and add them to the past pictures page, thank you. E-mail them to me at
