There are three large bedrooms with each having their own bath or shower. Each room has a color cable TV. In the loft there is a sleeper sofa.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS For 89 Woodward Street, Destin, Florida 32541 1. Family rental only. This unit will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. Reservations made under false pretenses will be immediately cancelled with forfeiture of advance payments and security deposit. 2. Check out time is no later than 10AM on the last day of reservation. 3. Guests checking in will inspect property upon check in and report any maintenance or damage issues to Robert Gresham at 678-238-2496, 678-907-5594, or 770-591-7171. 4. Check in time is no earlier than 2PM on the first day of reservation unless specifically pre-coordinated and approved. 5. Refunds: no refunds or credits will be allowed for late arrivals or early departures. Refunds will be allowed for HURRICANE WARNING conditions. 6. HURRICANE WARNING to the Destin area will result in cancellation of this agreement and a pro-rated refund from the date/time of departure. 7. No Pets. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed on the premises. 8. No Smoking inside the premises. No exceptions. 9. Reservations. Cancellations within 2 weeks of rental shall result in forfeiture of reservation deposit. No unsecured reservations shall be retained within one month of requested stay. 10. Security Deposit. The deposit is required to reserve the home for rental and will be retained until the guests check out and the property is inspected. The full deposit will be retained until any damage is repaired. 11. LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IS NOT LIMITED TO SECURITY DEPOSIT. Any damages exceeding the security deposit will be assessed against the guest’s credit card. Any damage should be immediately reported to Robert Gresham at 678-238-2496, 678-907-5594,or 770-591-7171. Any damage requiring contractor repair that results in delayed future tenant use will be charged at $300 per day plus the cost of repairs. 12. Maximum Guests is EIGHT unless specifically approved in advance. An additional charge of $200 will be assessed for guests above eight. 13. Property may not be sublet. 14. Property for guest use only. The property will not be used as a “party” location and is to be used exclusively by the renters. 15. No loud or unruly parties. Complaints by neighbors of excessive noise may cause immediate termination of lease and loss of security deposit. 16. SECURITY DEPOSIT. A $500 damage deposit will be taken as a security against property damage and will be collected at the time of reservation. This may be by credit card and will not be utilized unless there is/are damages that need repair.
