the greatest metropolis in the world ... NYC !
land of liberty
i loved spending my summers on Fire Island
Spent the Clinton years in Wash.DC,
and originally moved to Florida to work at
Go Canes !
and lived in Coral Gables for 2 years.
Coral Gables was close to South Beach
which was party central at the time
Then worked in Boca Raton as a VP for an Aviation/Defense supplier around the time of 9-11
i've lived here in Ft. Lauderdale for the last 5 yrs,,
Life is far too short not to have it be a very cool adventure
and at the end of each day
there should always be a good story to tell.
Hell, i'll try almost anything once.

Im kinda shy when talking about myself
and usually a bit self depricating ...
so at the risk of sounding immodest ...
here goes ...
x military ... US Navy mad Scientist, Italian-American, bi-wm,
x college jock
x Fireman / rescue EMT,
38, 6 ', short silky brown hair,
deep green eyes, nice smile,
tan muscular athletic body,
186 lbs, 45"c, 30"w, nice abs, hung, smooth bubble butt,
no tatoos yet but i think tribal arm bands r hot.
I don’t think im very attractive to look at … but
Some think Im cute
(even with a flawed nose)
Others not,
Ive always prefered Some to Others anyway.
Im definitely not gorgeous but some that r have fallen for me.
Go figure ?
I look like/act like an all american boy next door/str8 jock and it would b great if u were too.
One bud described me to his friend by sayin that i was a
" too cool x navy mad scientist"
I was once told Im strong and masculine with a warm gentle heart.
I think Im smart and aware,
romantic, adventurous,
deeply passionate and intensely sexual.
An old girlfriend says Im fun, charming, kind and considerate, selfless and thoughtful.
She then sighed and added "and gay".
im just outa two year LTR, and thats all good,
I know my own flaws all too well
to ever think Im "all that"
but Ive got a lot to offer.
Its a long journey to true self acceptance
so i try to stay open to growing and evolving.
sometimes im told im very serious,
ive gotta deal with alot of heavy issues at work,
ive lived in the third world,
been through several wars and carry my share of scars,
but i can break out just as much as the next guy.
i get some grief from friends about being intimidating and mysterious,
but im just chillin till someone asks the right questions
for the right reasons.
i guess the military training has engrained a certain strong silent facade
i dont like to show any weakness, wounds and scars
but that doesnt mean they're not there
for the right guy to take the time to find.
Ive certainly had some outrageous adventures in my life,
I like to b spontaneous just as often as I plot and plan ...
I try to b fun, friendly and nonjudgemental.
im told more often than not, that i have a great smile
and im laughin all the time so i guess it all balances out.
at times im quiet and appear lost in thought
somewhere off into the distance ...
other times i express a depth of feeling that surprises even myself
i seem to b able to write things down
that i wouldnt dream of actually saying to another person
which i guess is why im trying this lil project

Fun and Adventure
...How do I spend my free time ?...I like being active
on saturdays (x
college athlete), Im into running on the beach,
playing (not watching) sports
with my buds, bros and nephews, whatever ball game I
can pick up at the
university (basketball, raquetball, volleyball, etc).
I love fast cars (my bro races porsches) and
motorcycles (saving for a v.4
sabre) my brothers also working on his pilot license
and he sometimes takes
me up. we go sky diving with his str8 friends.
Im into thrills, chills and exhiliration, looking to
try some new xtreme
sports like snowboarding. ( lots to do and only so
many saturdays )
...I like to go camping and wake with the sunrise to
listen to the birds
sing, I like exploring forests and climbing trees,
hiking to the top of a
mountain and taking in an awesome view. Im into awe.
I love to gallop on the back of beautiful horse, thru
a quiet meadow and feel
free. I really love to play in the water...rivers,
streams, the ocean.
Sometimes its fun and exciting, othertimes peaceful
and quiet. I just started
learning to scuba dive off the coral reefs off the
coast of south Florida, Im
also into waterskiing and sailing. Riding whitewater
in a canoe or kayak is a
great rush (got a trip to Snake River in Idaho
planned). Im learning how to
wind surf. Its tough and I fall down alot but its way
cool and Im hoping for
a big storm so I can catch some wind.
...I like my sundays quiet and lazy...sleepin late,
stayin in bed reading,
eating and f***in all morning. Im into doing something
interesting on a sunny
afternoon, like a picnic in the park or checkin out a
museum or lecture (hard
to do outside NY/DC, or an art gallery (brunch in
SoHo), takin a road trip to
the Virginian mountain country to go treasure hunting
for antiques, I summer
in the Pines and like spending a lazy day on the boat,
drinkin and
laughin...maybe hit tea dance to see and b seen.
...I love the beach, havin fun in the sun, playin
naked in the surf, spending
a summer night under the stars, holding u in my arms
while we listen to the
crashing waves, passionate sex by the fire and sharing
intense org*sms...
...I would love to walk with u on the beach and watch
the sun set on another
day spent laughing together.
...I like to go out at night on a fri or sat and b
social. Sometimes I go out
for a quick drink after work and share some laughs
with my buds ( since Im
new in town Im also lookin for some friends ). I enjoy
coffee houses and jazz
joints ( both hard to find down here ) and having
intense conversations about
life, ideas, past travels and adventures...some fav
topics tend to world
events, politics ( corruption/fascism ), philosophy,
religion, science and
medicine and even scandals and gossip. Im fascinated
with the human mind and
perception ( phenomenology ) and how its aware and
understands...or why it
doesnt.
...I read. Some fav authors r Noam Chomsky, Gore
Vidal, the brilliant
Christopher Hitchens, the hillarious Molly Ivans,
Howard Zinn, Holly Sklar,
Camille Paglia, Deepak Choprahs A Path to Love is
simple, clear and
excellent, Pat Califa on sex, Genet, St. Exupery,
Camus, Kant, Sartre ( love
the existentialists ), Paine, Rousseau, (anything
about freedom or
liberation)... I prefer Virtual Equality by U. Vaid to
Virtually Normal by A.
Sullivan. Im interested in the origins of
homosexuality ... from John
d'Emilio to Simon Le Vay / Richard Greene.
Im very interested in saving men from compulsory
heterosexuality ... lol
... Im fascinated with the subjects of love and
sexuality thru history. From
pre-historic shamanistic cave sex-culture to the great
sex cults of Dionysus
in Ancient Greece and of Mithras during the Roman era
to the repressive
Victorian era and the resultant criminalization of
sex.I was once of the mind
to study the subject as a career but went another way
and became a
geneticist.

samples from only the
finest of men to clone a TRIBE of "banded Thebian
warrior / lovers" to man an
army for my megalo-maniacal plot ... to RULE the WORLD

International, Doctors without Borders, CISPES
(liberation theologists ),
Greenpeace and several cetacean / mammalian protection

I believe in the philosphy of christ and buddah but im
not a christian or
buddhist. Basically, Im an anti-theist. i dont believe
in god as a being and
one just needs to look around to not believe in man.
so i guess i just dont
believe. yet im haunted with moments of inspired hope.
