I thank the council for allowing me to speak on Pensions:

A member of Carpenters Local Union #152, asked me, "Why are you suing the union, you never give the reasons."

I am not only suing the International Union but all of the Subordinate Bodies as well as their PENSION AND BENEFIT TRUST FUND PLANS.

As the FEDS told me the Carpenters Pension Trust Fund Plans are your Employer.

A couple of very good reasons for starters.

Other Reasons:

Their Appeals Process is a fraud and a farce:

THE BEGINNING'S JUST BEGUN

MR. J. W. BERNARD, CO-CHAIRMAN AND TRUSTEE EMPLOYERS CARPENTERS, "GOING TO PLAY HARD BALL, IF I INSISTED TO HAVE MY HEARING" MY ATTORNEY AND MY BROTHER TALKED ME OUT OF PLAYING HARD BALL, BY SAYING THIS GIVES US MORE TIME. MY COST ATTORNEY $200.00, PLUS TRIP $50.00 AND THREE WEEKS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ABOUT $300.00 ADDS UP GAS, OIL, MEALS, COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM ALL CONCERNED.

Will prove this by putting on the WEB in their own words with letters and information and facts that will support my saying to all we have to get these Uunscrupulous in a court room.

1---Two Financial Secretaries forced not to come to my Appeals HEARINGS

2---One Financial Secretary said they would pull this no one will show up. He said, "I will show up but not to tell the APPEALS of his coming."

The two Financial Secretaries informed me they could not come to my APPEALS HEARING they were ordered to come to a meetting on the date and time of my hearing.

THIS IS JUST THE START OF WHAT IS ABOUT TO COME ON THE WEB

Pension problems

need to be addressed

Editor:

Most of us have suffered years of frus-

trating, anger and diminished self-es-

teem dealing with our union, pension

trusts, government and all oif these poli-

ticians. With the negative that we all

experience through the years, it is time

to expose all of these inabilities and

weaknesses by working together to

identify and solve all of the problems as

a coalition of citizens of the United

States of America.

We have to stand up from the day we

are issued a Social Security card to pro-

tect all our entitlements. Strengths are

incorportated into the treatment plan, by

the coalition by a organizational pension

committee, with the signigicant chal-

lenges, from every town, willage, and

state in America. The quest of federal

and private insurance on pesions in

year 1996, are increasingly threatened.
