Secret Charactors
This section will tell you how to get all of the secret charactors in Tactics. Here are some requirements that you have to have to do this: Be in Chapter 4, Have Mustadio, and be very very strong!Ok, first of all, make sure that you are Chapter 4. Then go to Goug Machine City at the south-west part of the map. A little scene will come up that shows Mustadio's Dad showing Ramza what he found at one of the digging sites. Ramza starts to walk toward the metal ball and it goes nuts with electricity. He says the Holy Stone did it. Besrodio then finds some marks on the metal ball that says "Aquarius". So now your job is to go get the Aquarious Holy Stone. Now go to the Mining City south of Lesalia Imperial Capital and go into the bar. Go to rumor and choose the very last one. Now go to Lesalia Imperial Capital and you'll enter another scene of Ramza walking into the bar, he then encounters a hunter named "Beowulf" 
he is one of the best charactors in the game because he can use all sorts of Yin Yang Magic and he does'nt have to charge! He's an awesome fighter too. Now he'll ask you if you can help him find the Holy Dragon that the people in the bar were talking about. Say yes! Now here is the part where you have to be strong. Go back down to the Mining City and and you'll fight a series of battles then you'll come to save the Holy Dragon. After you kill all of the enemies after the Holy Dragon, The holy Dragon will ask to join your party, say yes! you need that dragon later. Beowulf was apparantly a friend of the dragon's. Now, the dragon will give you the Aquarious Stone so go back down to Goug Machine City. You'll enter another little scene where Ramza puts the stone in the metal ball...the ball becomes a robot! he will ask to join your party after he almost kills Mustadio. This robot's name is Worker 8.
Progress more into the story until after you open the floodgate. Now after you open the floodgate go up to Zeltennia and go into the bar and choose rumor, select the last one. A new path will be revealed to an island up north but nothing will happen if you go there. Now go to Zarghidas Trade City to the east of Zeltennia. You'll see Aeris selling flowers in the slums. (sound familiar?) Well anyway, buy one from her and leave. Now go all the way back down to Goug Machine City and Besrodio will tell you that he found another wierd device. He tells you that you need the "Cancer" Holy Stone to make this one work. So now you have to go all the way back to the island north of Zeltennia. Be sure to save before going in here! Make sure that you have a Mediator in your party because there are two Hydras here so invite one and breed it into a Tiamat! (the stronget monster in the game)In the island you will fight Worker 7. He has been alive ever since the times of St. Ajora and he still thinks that his duty is to guard the research lab. (the island is an old research lab) Well anyway, kill him and then he revive himself up to 1 HP so just throw a rock at him and he'll die! The "Cancer" Holy Stone will fall out of him. Now you'll come into a scene where the Holy Dragon uses the stone to transform herself into Reis!
Accept her into your party cuz she rocks! She is a Dragoner and can lure dragons into joining your party. The only thing is she can only equip a P Bag and an accessory. To solve this problem, wait till she becomes a master Dragoner and then turn her into a Knight, then she will be able to where armor! She's an awesome fighter too. Apparently Reis was Beowulf's girlfriend or something. Go back to Goug Machine City and you'll go into another scene with Ramza putting "Cancer" into the machine. The machine was some portal and out cam Cloud Strife! He runs off due to the headaches he has. Go more into the story and after you kill evil Dycedarg, go back to Zarghidas Trade City and you'll find Aeris being attacked by a group of thieves. Cloud comes to help her but you still have to help him beat the thugs. After you kill all of the thieves, 
Cloud will join!
