Andre' Rayman's GTO's and Other Pontiacs

This is nice, but I don't want to look at Andre's cars. Take me back to the SSGTO home page

These GTO's are nice, but I'd like to look at at some of Andre's other cars Andre's Other Pontiacs

My latest addition to the fleet (09/15/2001) 1969 GTO hardtop

This is my 1964 GTO Sport Coupe. It is a numbers matching car. It is a 4bbl car with a/c power steering and power brakes. It had a professional body off restoration performed in 1996. The car was built at the Fremont, California plant. Soon after I purchased it, I added the Sport wood wheel, and the Hurst wheels with redline tires. It is painted the original color- Grenadier Red. After looking for a similar quality 1964 GTO convertible I found the car below.

1964 GTO Convertible

I was pretty lucky to find this car. By coincidence it was also manufactured at the Fremont California plant. The cars were built in the same time frame, as the VIN numbers are about 7000 apart. It was shipped to Larry Hopkins Pontiac in Sunnyvale California. It stayed in California until 1983, and then was in Arizona for 2 years before returning to California, In 1998, it found it's way to Halifax Virgina. Since it was in the dry desert climate for most of its life, there was no rust to be found. That is a pleasant change from most cars that can be found in Florida. I purchased it in April 2000. The car is original with the exception of the paint color. It's original color was Alamo Beige- my second least favorite 64 color after Cameo Ivory. The odometer shows just over 32,000 miles. These are documented as original. The mileage is low, as the car sat in a barn for many years. The current paint is a about 10 years old, and is showing some weaknesses, but is still presentable as is. Now, I need to find a nice 4 speed tripowered 64 GTO hardtop to round out the group.

If you need some Pontiac or GTO parts, I still have lots of NOS and good used parts. I also help a friend who has reproduction rubber weatherstripping dealership. His prices are hard to beat, so if you need any rubber parts, give me a yell. We have rubber for almost all models, but specialize in GM cars. I am also an avid fan of HURST wheels, and have a limited supply of NOS trim ring clips. If I can help you with these items, or anything else, please email me:
