Bienvenido a Orlando

On February 19th, 1999 I got to meet 2 Nsync members!!

I went to Orlando on a business trip/vacation from the 18th to the 22nd. I went with friends and we had a blast! I wanted to see the legendary Trans Con studios and my friend Jenn was very nice and drove me and our friends Miss D and Danielle. We drove to Trans Con and were playing Nsync the whole way. We were dancing in the car and she has a convertable so everyone saw us dancing. We had NO clue of what was to come!

Trans Con:

Like I said we were jamming to Nsync, my friend had a tape with Nsync songs from the Euro albums that I had never heard. So as we near the lot, Jenn turns the music down and I had a revelation, I told her to put my DMX CD in so we would look less conspicous. At first it was blasting, but then she turned it down, too funny!
I had only wanted to see the building that has spawned such talented acts such as Backstreet, Aaron Carter and Innosense! Nevermind Nsync, it was all about the building. But as luck would have it that pesky JC steps out of the building and at first we weren't paying attention because Justin's car was parked in the lot and I wanted a picture of it. But JC got our attention by saying HI! We're like,"Yeah, whatever man!" OMG, I hope you know that I am just kidding!!! K-I-D-D-I-N-G!!
My friend Danielle sees him and we all kinda turned slowly, as not to scare him, and said hi and waved back.
I did not have my camera deployed so that moment was missed. He skips across the parking lot to another part of the building all the while smiling at us. He is damn fine that up close!! He had on a Yellow jersey with the numbers 55 on the back (thanx Danielle)
We were excited, to say the least, but I had not accomplished my goal, I still wanted to take a picture of Juju's ride. Okay I know how retarded that sounds, seeing as how JC was my fav and we had just saw him.
Jenn paused at the end of the parking lot and she asked us if we wanted to get out or just back up. Still unable to reason after seeing Joshua Scott Chasez so casually, I had no clue of what I wanted to do. I asked my friend Miss D if she wanted to walk with me and I don't remember what she said so Jenn was like,"Well I want to hurry up, so I'll just back up."
I got my camera out and we stopped in back of "The Beast", here's the pic:


His liscence plate is quite weird, and I'll never publish it. Just know that it's strange. It's not a vanity plate like I thought it would be, it's just a regular old weird-ass plate.

So as soon as I put my camera away who comes back out of the door that he skipped into? Mr. Chasez. It was like he was following us. HaHaHa!
I freaked and what I did next is unforgivable.........Let's just say that JC laughed at me & my friend Miss D slumped down in her seat, Jenn gave me a look and I am forever ashamed! Don't get me wrong, it was funny as all hell, but I have not fully healed from it, so please don't ask me what I did. So Jenn asks him if we can take his picture and he politley said no. He was very busy and I already felt like we intruded upon his time enough. Damn the Trans Con timeclock!! He was always polite though and I think I scared him, so it was all good. He jogged back across the parking lot all the while with a huge smile on his face and waving at us. I was in shock I guess and we all were, my friend Danielle had never seen any of them in person and she was quite happy.
So we stopped by the mall and then went to meet our friend Trace at the airport. Since I had been traveling I keep setting the metal detectors off. Danielle thinks I have a metal plate in my head, shhh don't tell anyone!

We finally found our friend Trace and went back to the hotel and my friend's: "The Professor", "Lawwa", "Shaq" and "Grandma" were there. My face said it all, they were like,"YOU SAW NSYNC, didn't you???" We told the story and they laughed at me.
We all gathered to watch Nsync on The Rosie O'Donnell Show. They were, of course, THA BOMB!! I don't like Justin's lemonade hair though and I would have gotten a chance to tell him so if I would have stayed there another week! The show was NOT live because the guys were obviously in Orlando following us! HaHaHa! My review will be up soon.
So we went out to dinner and then got all gussied up and went clubbin.
Then we bumped into MAH TEDDYBEAR!!
If you have been to my page before and read my reviews you will know I have said that some of Nsync's fans can actually get into those clubs Joey likes to frequent. I have no idea if he frequents this particular club but he was there alright!
We had went out to this cheesy-ass place where the highlight was a limbo bar hitting this woman in her head. It was a cocktail bar/store/club. Whatever it was, I almost became sick as a result of enduring the sheer wack-ness of it all. The clubs in Orlando close early(2 a.m.) so we left and the area where we were at has drink carts(carts with liquor) and some of my friends were just hanging out. My friends KA & Trace went inside of this club to look for more of my friends so that we could leave. Miss D turned to The Professor and says,"What would you do if Nsync walked out of that club?" I didn't hear her response but then Lawwa says to Shaq ever so calmy like she was reading a book,"There's Joey Fatone."
I looked up and he was facing me and Lawwa and walked behind Miss D, The Professor, Grandma and Shaq. A little flustered, to say the least, was what we were all feeling. Jenn sees him and walks up to him and starts talking to him. Everyone contemplated what they were going to do, it would not be me to let the moment pass, so I walked up to them too.
Jenn was on Joey's left and I walked up in between them and said to her,"Hey Jenn, who's your cute friend?"
Joey turned and smiled at me, then I said,"Hi Joey!"
He started laughing and said,"Hi, wassup?" Okay, I am ecstatic at this point, I get to meet 2 members of my favorite group in the same day and I got to make them both laugh!!! Whoo hoo!! Then he talked for a few minutes with everyone who was around, he had absolutely NO star trip whatsoever. My friend Trace had thought someone said Justin was there so she says hi to Joey and then asks him,"Where's Justin?" Joey says,"In my back pocket." We all laughed, it was so funny, then he says,"Aren't you happy to see me?"
Trace is like,"Yeah, of course." Then his brother Steve, who I still to this day will not be able to point out(I didn't see him) was like,"I promised our mom I'd get him home early, c'mon Joey." Then my friend Danielle says bye to him and he extends his hand, but Danielle is not the handshake type o' gal, she gives him a hug and a kiss on the cheek. He kissed her cheek too!
Then, I forget who, starts taking out their cameras and he agrees to take a few pics before leaving. Here is Trace and MAH TEADYBEAR embraced in a hug:



I got to hug MAH TEDDYBEAR too and luckily it was NOT photographed because when I went to kiss his cheek, he went to kiss mine and we kissed! I KISSED JOEY FATONE!!! Happy girl=me!!! Our lips touched, I have Nsync cooties, Yay!! I have nicknamed him MAH TEADYBEAR cuz he doesn't give cheap hugs, Joey gives nice, big bear hugs and he's a big guy. No he is not fat at all. I learned that firsthand.
So the first thing I notice about people is how they smell and he smelled very good. His breath tasted good and everything, I bad girl, I go timeout. We take a few pics:

JOEY IS MAH TEADYBEAR!!!!!

I don't mean to be repetitive, but damn!!!! I have less than 2 weeks until I get to see Nsync again and I cannot wait! I have my new ZOOM lens camera all ready!!
Joey starts to slowly walk away while saying bye, but he wasn't walking fast enough so I asked if we could get just onemore picture and I grabbed him around the waist, he was so soft and cuddly. He is just Joey and he's the best!! Here's our last group photo:


So he finally says goodbye and leaves, and forever his scent pasted to my upper lip!

The next day, high off of our Joey encounter I had to wear my Joe Boxers, I did NOT buy them because of him, oddly enough I had them before:



In between meetings we did the tourist thing and went to Universal:


That place is non-stop fun!!
We saw the diner that Chris used to work at and sing his 50's doo-wop stuff:

The next day we went back to Universal cuz it's just so fun and we went to where Nsync filmed part of the IWYB video and did the dance:

See if y'all haters still think that I don't like Nsync, would me and my friends do crazy shit like that? I think not.
No Universal tour would be complete without becoming Nsync, here we are on the steps that the guys took the picture on the back of their CD cover. Don't we look just like them?


We had to fight off the hoards of people who actually thought we were Nsync! LOL!!
The last night I was in O-Town was all a blur, all I remember was Lance,his necklace, his cute frenz, LP's ebonical chef and that I lost my camera. I had a terrific time, thank you to all my homeez who made the trip wonderful!! I love you guys!
I'd also like to give a shout out to the Baby Blue Crew who helped in the channeling efforts even though it worked a week later!! I'm jealous Jenn & KA, I truly am, why didn't you dance wit Juju? Why??!!! A special shout out to Dancin' Bob, and to The Fatones for making Joey MAH TEADYBEAR!!
