WORRY BASKETS
Worry baskets were and are still used today by many Native American cultures to assist in ridding the spirit of worries and griefs as well as praying for our best wishes and dreams. Write you problems or dreams on a piece of paper and place them in the basket through the opening of the web.
Cover them up with the fur inside and pray to the Creator for strength to rid yourself of all negativities or for your deepest wishes. (remember wishes are best answered when they are not selfish ones) As your mind and spirit is relieved of your problems, they begin to settle themselves to free your spirit of the weight of the worry. When the problem is solved or the wish is obtained, remove the paper and throw it away.
These baskets bring any home, peace, prosperity and serenity.

Prayers are always answered although sometimes not in the way we think they will be. The Creator has blessed all of us and wishes good things for all of us. Walk your paths with respect, love and honor and the rest will come with prayer.

The basket shown below, is a half basket that hugs the wall and measures approximately, 14" across and 16" high, lined with a quality rabbit fur and the web is protected by four Cherokee corn seed spiders in the directional colors.

MINI BASKET OF HOPES AND DREAMS
A Little miniature of the larger round basket, perfect for rearview mirrors or dresser tops and altars. There are no dreams to small.

Adornments are made of gold buckskin and the basket is webbed with artificial senew and holds a tiny seed bead spider.
