Jim DeZego is selling undeveloped residential land in a subdivision called "The Meadows" in Ft. McCoy, Florida. There are several lakes and a river all within 10 miles. Fort McCoy is in the Ocala area of Marion County and is not far from Silver Springs, which is the major city of the area. The spring itself is a major tourist attraction and, I might add, very beautiful.
Jim has 32 50x90 lots, and many of the lots are adjoining. A single lot is ideal for setting up an RV or a tent on a camping trip. Two adjoining lots are required to build a house or set up a mobile home, as "The Meadows" requires 100 feet of road frontage. Some of the land is already cleared, but most of it is not. There are no city utilities available on the sites themselves. Power is available to each parcel, but wells and septic tanks are typical to the area. Due to the fact that the land is priced well under market value, we do not hold mortgages. Also, Marion County has impact fees of $1300.
