At the age of thirteen, I was diagnosed
and was only expected to
live for 5 years. At this point in my
life, that was more than 22 years ago,
and though I may have slowed down a lot,
I'm still kicking! 8-)
disabled, I try lead an
productive life. Some of the things
that keep me busy are crafting,
birdwatching (in an amateur sort of
way), spending time with my twin
nephews, Joshua and Jamie, and with my
older, mentally retarded brother Barry, and, of course,
visiting with my many internet friends.

I killed the
Heaven sent me, so she was kind enough
to send me another!! And wonder of
wonders, this one actually survived and
now it is mine forever!!! Woohoo!!! I
learned how to upload today--january 3,
2000--I am so proud of little old 'puter
illiterate me!!! LMAO!!!
