Backwards Steamroller, Backyard, Barhop
-Backwards Steamroller-
- Turn your handlebars backwards.
- Get at the front of the bike.
- Put one foot on one of the front pegs.
- Hold the seat with one hand.
- Push the bike backwards.
- Hold the handlebars to keep balance.
- Lift up the back end of the bike and roll on the front wheel.
-Backyard-
- Face backwards on your bike holding the handlebars.
- Push the back brake hard.
- Lift the front end of the bike up.
- Put one foot on one of the back pegs.
- Push off.
- Use your other foot to scuff on the tire.
- Let go of the handlebars w/ one hand and use your other hand to feather the back brake.
-Barhop-
- Roll slowly
- Just hop over the handlebars and don't get caught up in the brake cables.
