Five of us players in Seattle went down on Friday and got a room at the suites. Mike Mikaelian, Troels Landerholm, Derek Snook, Dan Tibbles, and Myself.
Mike and I arived first and started working on the "Ominous Beatdown" deck. Endor Objective, one extra site, and heavy space drains. He was wanting to flip, and I said, "no, just go for the horrendous drain." he wanted to see what Derek thought. Derek shows up, and I ask flip, or just Rumours. Rumours was the answer (it appears Derek, Dan, and Troels were thinking the same thing).
So we got the deck built, it worked really well, so Troels copied it. I wasn't in the mood to make changes to my decks, So I just basically kicked it and watched the Matrix, and watched the others playtest.
so here was the final deck selection.

note: Tibbles MWYHL deck did extreamly well in testing, so Derek copied it. I had my doubts though.

After a brief Q & A session, and some disgruntled opinions of answers (namely Timed game subject, ask if you want to know) we started. I was called out first (terific, out of 40 tournies in my life, now I get called first)
Game 1: Ls vs. Don Kitzman CCT skrilling numbers.
Uh-oh, the one deck I didn't expect to see. I give him Chewie. Well, I
get down Obi at Toshe station. During his turn, 4 Skrillings to security
tower and numbers. Yuck. well, I activate all I can.(10) i think. drain
2, nambrum Obi to tower. sorry a skrilling, Deploy Luke with sabre,
battle, move away. to sabre hits, and destiny... my # total is now 2,
to his 4. his turn. deploys brangis glee, grabs chewie, and runs. my
trun, activate, nambrum, battle, luke gets wouned wookied he loses the
skrilling. Numbers comes up late this turn, and I lose 2. oh, to bad.
He activated, draws, go. Activate, grimtassh (2 numbers, 4 skrillings)
drain 3. i controled the game from here on out.

Game 2: DS vs. Ben Dablo HB
Not much to tell, he got out two transports, I had security precaution
going, he wasn't flipping. Monnok nailed the barriers, hyper escapes,
and houijix. Executor, pilot, Lateral damage a lone yt-1300, battle, I
draw a 6, he loses 16 force. all down hill from there.

Game 3: DS vs. Kyle Rickenbach 's LS Harvest.
Well, I couldn't get my catch card, and couldn't find much SA. had a
drain of 4 at Ben's Hut the whole game. He retrieved 28 force.

Game 4: My lightside Vs. some guys CC sabacc deck.
He starts Casino, then pulls the tower. I tell him thats illegal and
that location and interupt are null and void and to put them back in
his deck. he gets a look of utter terror, and is making the motion to
call over a judge. At this point I go "dude, I'm just messing with you,
I know what you meant to do. Just make sure in the future you flip the
tower first." Well, this guys ended up being a total little punk, and in
Hindsight, I shouldn't have even been that nice. (My argument would have
held, even if the head judge was my local squadron member and tried to
persuade me otherwise.) Well, I get a crappy draw, but ended up beating
his butt down. Harc seff saved me 8 cards. (I love this guys, I just
now played him the night before)

Game 5: Ls Vs. Paul Wilworth's Huntdown
okay, transmission terminated turn 1, that's good, Ben at Toshe station
even better. Paul, Vader, Trakin, Tagge.. TAGGE???? what? huh? he
battles. Dark collaberation, I have you now, Charming to the last.
What? huh? AGHHH! I got totaly *******! i lose 17 force. It was great.
I gave him congrats, shook his hand and was like, that was totally
cool.. Good Job! (I love it when I lose to something totally off the
wall.) FL baby, and I loved this loss!

Game 6: Ds vs Dan Tibbles.
Well the MWYHL deck that did really great in testing. Well, I kicked
Lukes butt, Failured Leia, and blocked drains on CC with U-3PO. win by
18
so I finished at 8 (+48) good enough for 8th place. Troels finished in 5th. Team Ewok village came in 2nd place, behind the Salem crew. fun was had by all.
A few notes: Ominous Beatdown is buff. The deck would have slaughtered the Tournement winners Lightside. in fact it slaughtered just about everything.
Oh, and there was something about a certain 2000+ ranked player lying about his hidden base. it was probed, but he said no.
