This archive, run by Maureen, contains many wonderful fics about Marvel's X-teams. The site also has sections devoted to Seaquest, Highlander and Animorphs fics.
The Bucktown Timeline
This site is the home to the "Bucktown Timeline" series by David J. Warner and Hexadecimal, which features the X-Men, Generation X and a few original characters.
The Danger Grotto
Formerly run by Harlequin and recently resurrected by Ashlan, this site contains a huge collection of fics devoted to Marvel's youngest team of mutants.
The Danger Playpen
Also known as the "Home of the X-Babies," this site has some great fanfiction, plus all the info you ever wanted to know about the cute little tykes. It also contains a huge section of their best quotes.
Down Home Charm
If you're a Rogue fan, then this is a site for you. Alykat's site has tons of great fanfics and fan art, as well as history books and a photo album dedicated to the southern superhero.
Fanfiction.Net This site contains virtually every fanfic every written about every fictional character in the universe. Don't believe me? Check it out -- but be prepared to stay awhile.
Firebird's Website
This website is just starting out, but promises to contain a variety of Marvel and DC fanfics. Added bonus for writers: Firebird is looking for stories, so be sure to check out the submission guidelines.
Generation X Downunder
Aussie Chica's site is devoted to all things Generation X. If you're looking for fanfiction, character bios and links you might want to stop by. And if you just want to rant about the way the comic is going, be sure to check out the gripes page.

Formerly known as Tigrr's Generation X Homepage, this site contains tons of fanfics, as well as issue summaries, the obsessed list, coming attractions ... there's too much to list it all here. But if it has to do with Gen X, chances are you'll find it on this site.
The M-Files
If you're a Monet St. Croix fan, then this site is a must-see. It contains biographies, relationship info, an M-FAQ, reviews of Gen-X issues and quite a bit of good fanfiction.
MissyRedX's Average Website
Don't let the name fool you -- this site has tons of fanfiction, character pics and links and will probably keep you reading for a very long time.
Natas's X-Men Fanfiction
This new but rapidly growing site contains fanfics, games, mutant profiles and much, much more. It also has a section for finding penpals and betareaders.
The One-Stop Skin Shop
This is a new fan site dedicated to Angelo Espinosa, Skin of Generation X. Submissions are accepted according to the site's guidelines.
Red Shades
Home of the Red Shades mailing-list and Cyclops-based fan-fiction, this site features an archive, a gallery and links.
Shadows of Canon
Threnody's newly redesigned website features fanfiction for X-Men and Reboot. She also accepts submissions for any other fanfic genre, as well as fanart.
Shifting Sands
This archive, now being run by Alara Rogers, is one of the biggest collections of Marvel mutant fanfiction you can find. It contains hundreds of stories, including some of the fanfic classics.
UXM 2000
Reviews, humor, editorials, top ten lists, quotes, surveys, news and rumors -- you name it, this site's got it. Contains everything you ever needed to know about the Uncanny X-Men.
