He was unfortunate to be born the third male in his House, and was deemed to be put to death. By some queer twist of fate, he escaped the exicution, and ended up wandering the Underdark. He wandered into the fortress of the powerful order of the DeathKnights, and was raised to be one of their own. Trained in the art of the Assassin, and pledged in the service of Lloth, he returned to Duuk'Saer and wreaked deadly vengence on the House that betrayed him. He rose rapidly through the ranks of the DeathKnights, quickly achieving the high rank of OverLord and achieved something that normal males only dream about, power over Matrons. His abilities as an assassin made him both someone the matrons feared, and could not afford to not be allies with. |

There he met up with the beautiful maiden Chloe DarkRose. They pledged to each other, and lived fo a while together in love. However, their happiness was not meant to be. Some great matter took Chloe from him, and kept her from returning to RhyDin. His soul began to die within him. THe power of the covenent was killing him without the contact with his beloved. So he went to his Goddess, and told Her of his plight. She took him, and broke the covenent with his blood. Sacrificing him to Herself, She caused the covenent to be unmade. Now, Mark is bound forever with his Goddess. After death, he will come again as a DeathMaster, forever to serve his evil Mistress. Mark can be found 'tendering in the Red Dragon Inns, the Elven Tavern, or the Midieval Tavern, but he is someone to be approached with with caution, and to never be underestimated... |
