2nd car accident in 2 years..

I just had the 2nd car accident I have been in yesterday. It really shook me and I was shaking getting out. The guy said his gear shifter got stuck and he plowed into my rear. The mazda has got to go in this saturday for work at the shop so I am unable to run for a few days while I goto chiropractor treatments for the neck pain. Pretty bad wip lash. I feel kinda in a daze.. Seems just yesterday that my honda civic was totalled and I nearly lost my life.. My 2nd close brush with death yesterday.. wow.

I ran the cobb track at lunch.. Felt good.. ran for 45 minutes.. I feel like i'm all healed.. I dont have any pain in the knee anymore.. I'm ready to race again.. YAY. Too bad this over the hill runner is just now hitting his prime. NOBODY better dog on this guy.. I"M CRAZY!! I"M PISSED!! I WANT CHANGE!! I WANT TO RUN LIKE A CRAZY MO FO!

Seems its been an eternity since the last race I ran a while back. I had a knee injury in december and had to take 2 months off. I started again in and have been re-habbing fairly successfully but it doOshed my attempt to run the Napa Valley Marathon this year!.. My attitude kinda was.. my health is more important than proving anything to anybody.. nobody cares anyway about my running career or me for that matter so I just soak it up and move on.. running from day to day as weather permits, dodging cars with bent window washer fluid dispensers trying to doOsh me, geese, mud, etc.. Thank god for Mp3's or I wouldn't have the motivation to rehab. My BAMA Mix.. (spelled alabama) is used to keep me thinking of the mom I love who I havent seen in 5 years who had moved to alabama. Trying not to get down these days.. Its been really tough. I've been emotionally inhabited with negativity since the trainwreck that was was my past relationships.. People I have had trouble not thinking about.. dreaming about. I'm married to someone, though it was so drastic.. So ill concieved.. Priorities seem out of wack.. 30 people shot dead yesterday. A guy jumping from the empire state building (a lawyer).. Not trying to divest myself with negativity and remain focused on what christ has done for me has been the hardest part on a day to day.. Forgivness is so tough when the heart yearns.. yearns so bad for someone so far out of reach. Every day I think of her in my thoughts,.. No one cares... Friends gone. Blog stupid.. but I keep running.. Jumping fences thru the east bay.. looking for salt fields in fremont.. Looking for clean air to breath.. Nothing anywhere.. A world loosing bees.. Loosing Ice.. Loosing Hope..

san jose Rock and Roll Marathon..
I have had alot of people asking me if I ran in the San Jose Rock and Roll Half Marathon.. Just an FYI.. I would have had I known about it, but I didnt run in that race. Still debating my upcoming races.. just really depends on drivetime and motivation. I want to race meaninfull races.. Something that may be a boston qualifier would be good.

Dont have a clue today .. ran yesterday. Lunchtime run. I'm tired as HELLA today.. stayed up all night watching reruns of night rider before falling asleep to only wake up and throw my paper route. The lost dreams I once had are haunting my sleep.. I can't rid myself of temple's and lions. Like something out of the mummy, the gold shimmers yet I have no clue where or who I dreamt about. I remember a being dressed in a pharohs hat.. I remember intricate engravings around an emaculate temple.. Then the lions sprang from nowhere, yet they didnt attack me. Almost as vivid of the dream I had being eaten by a mamoth green monster with superhuman hearing, smell that stood as tall as 2 pine trees. I saved a women that day, having been eaten instead of her.. what happened.. a past life?.. can someone tell me..

The day before yesterday, I was able to run during sunset in san ramon. What a beutifull run it was.. Just me and some music thru my Mp3. I had gotten pretty far until my right abdominal started to cramp. I had no liquids and was hurting for a while.. I'm about to do a lunchtime run around Asyst Technology in Fremont and enjoy nature. I love running the trails around this area. I always spot ducks and squirls.
