The picture you saw above was a patch from our most recent camping trip to Leesburg, FL. It was the 19th annual United Methodist Boy Scout Retreat.
In 1907 Robert Baden-Powell took a group of boys to a camp in England on the island of Brownsea. This became known as the first Boy Scout camp. Troop 20 is carring out the tradition, set by Baden-Powell, by participating in summercamp at camp Miles, near Punta Gorda. Below are some pictures of summercamp '98.
