ARBA's 1998 #1 ANATOLIAN!!
At 14mo old, Dev was awarded BEST IN SHOW at ARBA --
Making him the youngest ASD ever to go BIS at ARBA, the only ASD to do it from regular classes, and one of only three ASDs to go BIS in ARBA's history as of July 1998. Due to an accident shortly after his BIS, Dev was unable to continue his rise to fame. However, as a stud, he has produced several wonderful Champion pups.
ALATURKA's KASIRGA
with very limited showing at AKC since the Anatolian was admitted to the AKC Working Group has accrued, in five shows shown as of March 2000, Winners Bitch 5 times, Best Opposite Sex 4 times, and BEST OF BREED once!! Due to her untimely demise in mid 2000, her show career was cut short. She will be missed!
ALATURKA's KARMA of SENFLOWER
Although only shown twice at AKC in late 2000, she was awarded BEST OF BREED both shows!! In 2002, Karma produced a litter of four pups, two of which are AKC major pointed and well on their way to becoming Champions.

My third Anatolian, born April 7, 1993, is my first real showdog ... this multi-talented "Foxy Lady" went BEST IN SHOW PUPPY four times out of her first six shows. During the course of her show career, she has accumulated multiple BIS, Group and Breed placements ... As of 2003, she holds the record for the most BIS awards of any Anatolian bitch in the history of the breed ... she finished 1996 as UKC/WWKC's #1 ASD and missed being ARBA's #1 ASD by only 2 pts (shown in only two FL clusters)

This outstanding female is my foundation bitch ... she is OFA excellent (as are both her parents), thyroid normal and CERF'd annually. She exemplifies the Anatolian breed ... as a guardian, companion and showdog .... and in 1997, six weeks after weaning her first litter of 8 pups (4 males, 4 females), she went BOB 3 of 4 shows and was awarded another BEST IN SHOW!!
This was her first time back in the ring in eight months ... to say I'm proud of her is an understatement!! And, although she did not repeat her #1 status for 1997 (she was too busy raising puppies), she did manage to finish as UKC's #2 ASD ... not bad for only four months of showing (and still not leaving Florida!!!).
In March 1998, Tilki became the first UKC GRAND CHAMPION ANATOLIAN! That same weekend, she took another BEST IN SHOW! Two weeks later, she took another BEST IN SHOW!! This winning streak makes her one of the top winning Anatolians of all time ... and she did this by showing exclusively in Florida in 1996, 1997 and 1998!!
