The Violator. Born in the eighth level of Hell. Most popular of the Phlebiac Brothers. Violator has become a constant stitch in the side of Spawn. Violator was assigned by Maelbolgia himself to make sure Spawn stays on the side of evil. Although Violator has battled Spawn only a small number of times, it does not mean he is not still a hassel. Reverted to his fragile Clown body. Violator can still cause a lot of torment for spawn. Because although Violator is human as Clown, he is still pure concentrated evil.
Violator has become a very well known villain in the comic book world. He has even traded punches with Rob Lefields Badrock. This evil creature was put to life in the Spawn Animated Series on HBO in May, and I must say they did a beautiful job. Now coming up August 1st, we will all see how John Lequizamo takes on the roll.
Lequizamo was on the Tonight Show July 22, and the clip he brought of his work was incredible. The scene brings Clown to the Fitzgerald home where he torments Terry's( and Al's) family, especially Cyan. The computer generated effects used reminded me of the Mask, but were much creepier.
For Violator himself, Todd and the crew constructed a 9ft tall monster. As you can see It represents the Violator perfectly.
