My name is Jose 'Pepe' Risso Jr. and I have been involved with the Peruvian Paso Horse my entire life. I was born and raised in Peru and have spent my entire life learning and teaching others about this wonderful breed of horse.
I am a carded judge in Peru (ANCPCPP), as well as the United States (PPHRNA & AAOBPPH). I have also served as the past president of the National Association of Peru for two years, after having been that organizations secretary for 10 years.
I was elected judge for the National show in Lima, Peru in 1991 and have judged the U.S. National Championship show twice, in 1989 & 1992. Besides that I have judged the National show in every Central American country and the Central American show in 1991.
Today I want to share my experience and knowledge with everyone who is interested in learning more about the Peruvian Paso Horse.
