WORK EXPERIENCE
Associate R/F Engineer
July 1998 to Present, for Lockheed Martin Electronics and Missiles, Orlando, FL.
Worked on a high frequency radar. Acquired application data, parts, and investigated a proposal for getting a project restarted.
Electrical Engineering Internship
Summer, 1997, for Nology Engineering, San Diego, California.
Designed and made Printed Circuit Boards from original designs.
Acquired and researched parts for implementation in designs.
Satellite Receiver Installer
Summer, 1991, for Red Monkey Communication in Fresno, California.
Installed, maintained, and repaired satellite receivers for home use.
Field Service Representative
Of Electronic Color Sorters, Summer, 1990, for FMC in Madera, California.
Maintained, repaired, and troubleshot electronic tomato color sorters on harvesters.
Kept maintance records and expence reports.
Electronic Calibration Technician II, May 1986 to May 1990, DynCorp in the Microwave Section of the Laboratory Instruments Standards Section at Patuxent River Naval Air Test Center in Patuxent River, Maryland.
Performed NAVAIR calibration procedures on various electronic test equipment using automated test stations to measure VSWRs, power levels, R/F insertion and return losses.
Used computers for instrument controllers between calibration test equipment with IEEE (HPIB) and RS-232 cables to output devices such as printers and plotters.
Sonar Technician 3rd Class, March 1981 to October 1985, on board the U.S.S. O'Callahan FF 1051, U.S. Navy, home port San Diego, California.
Maintained and repaired electronic equipment within the sonar division.
Maintained the supply for the division.
Sonar Supervisor of an underway watch section.
Thorough knowledge of technical manuals, schematic diagrams and troubleshooting procedures were used.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (Graduation May 98).
Educational Emphasis at San Diego State University is in Physical Electronics, Electromagnetics, and R.F Design at the College of Engineering.
