In order to be eligable for an office in the Colt Band, a student must first attend the annual Colt Band Leadership Camp. The camp is run by CSHS band director, Hank Phillips. The students attended the camp after school for four days. After the leadership camp, those students wanting to aqcuire the position of Drum Major stayed another hour to practice thier skills and learn what it takes to be Drum Major.
After careful consideration by both the band director and the students, the officers are selected. And the officers are:
