How to keep it simple.
Hello and welcome to my web page. This is my first one so please be kind. So many of us are busy running around, working, and raising families. Let's face it..........we all need to get back to the basics. Try starting your day out with a smile. Believe me it can work wonders. Such a simple thing to do, and yet it can seriously improve your whole outlook! Not only that but a smile is free, and you don't ever have to run out. (unlike toilet paper)
Once you have mastered smiling again you can get really simple. LAUGH! Laughter is the worlds best medicine! Remember when you were a child and you laughed until your stomach hurt? Well I dare you. Go ahead and laugh your head off. No problem you have will seem half as bad if you just take a moment to get your giggle going. Are you feeling a little silly yet? GOOD! Isn't it wonderful. Now think about all the blessings you have. No don't count the negatives. They just have not had time to turn into positives yet. Think of the people in your life. How you feel when you kiss your child goodnight. Or when you hear those sweet words "I love you". Now apply those same emotions to yourself. You deserve it! To truly love another you must love you!
Back to the basics, now that you have found out about the most simple thing in life again............LIVE. Live each and every moment as if it were the most precious gift in the world. Because it is. You can never turn back time and a moment wasted in anger or hatred is a lifetime lost of happiness and peace.
