Even before Master P had plans of being a rapper there was always TRU in New Orleans. In another article I read, P said TRU wasn't a gang that went around with sole purpose of "fuckin' niggaz up", they were just a click of niggas from the same hood that everyone knew. TRU (THE REAL UNTOUCHABLES) very first album was "Understanding The Criminal Mind". Tru had plans of releasing an album called "Unsolved Mysteries" in 1994 after WCBB Vol.1 dropped, but the album eventually turned out to be the "TRUE" album. The first single off that album was "Mobbin' Through My Hood" w/ original members Big Ed and King George. There was a video for that song too.
TRU consists of the three Miller brothers, Master P, Silkk The Shocker, and C-Murder. King George and Big Ed used to be members of TRU as well. I have some info on King George. King George as you probably know is no longer with No Limit but he released an album last summer called TRU Playa, not on No Limit. He was one of P's main dogs in his early days. On all P's earliest CD's like "Mama's Bad Boy", "Getaway Clean" etc.. King George was always a featured artist. King George is the dude looking in the window on the "Ghetto's Tryin To Kill Me" cover just ta let ya know. I don't really know what caused the fall out between P and George but KG said it had something to do with P showing favoritism in his promotion. (I don't blame P, cuz family comes first ya feel me!?)
