Who We Are

Gulf Coast Community Care is a major provider of an array of community-based services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS, serving more than 1,000 clients in Pinellas and Pasco counties. Gulf Coast Provides FREE service to the clients.

HIV PROGRAMS


We’re reaching out to individuals who are living with HIV infections or AIDS, offering medical care, personal care, housekeeping and counseling support in order to enhance their quality of life in their own home.


    Gulf Coast HIV Programs provide case management which connects clients with services such as medical, personal and homemaker care. In addition, case management assist clients in establishing eligibility for programs such as food stamps, Medicaid, disability insurance and rental assistance.

    People living with HIV/AIDS, along with their family and partners, may receive mental health counseling as part of the HIV Programs. The goal of the HIV Programs is to enhance the client’s quality of life in their own home and community.
