Gulf Coast Community Care provides Therapeutic Foster Homes, Community
Care for Disabled Adults, Independent Support Services, Intergenerational
Programs, HIV/AIDS, Programs, Counseling and Case Management Services,
Family Support Services, Homemaker Services, Geriatric Residential
Treatment, a Mental Health Overlay Program, Home Health Care, and Partial
Hospitalization. (Broshures are available on all of the programs.)
Funding for Gulf Coast Community Care is received from State of Florida
Department of Children and Families: Alcohol, Drug Abuse and Mental
Health, Aging and Adult Developmental Services, Children and Families,
and Health Program Office; Florida Department of Elder Affairs, Area
Agency on Aging; Jewish Federation of Pinellas County; Hillsborough
County Health and Social Services; United Way of Pinellas; United
Way of Pasco; Hillsborough County; Pasco County; Pinellas County;
City of St. Petersburg; State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs;
Conn Memorial Foundation, Medicaid, Medicare; client fees and donations.
Gulf Coast Community Care is an ADA EOE, and drug free work place.
